[Icon-tech] Running "Hello world" From The Wiki

I, to, am learning python, it also have a idea for a program.  To run the application on the wiki, 
 hand-type the code text.  There is a problem with copying it.  I will add that note to the wiki sometime 
tomorrow.
BTW, you can use Icon developer to write this hello.py file.
