Hi, If you go to www.python.org there are lots of tutorials on the subject 
not really all related to the braille plus but python in general. 
http://tech.aph.org/mm has a developer section in the wiki which is somewhat 
informative but which I think needs some work done on it for new 
programmers.

My name is Terrell Jones. I'm interested in developing applications for the 
Braille +. I have
dabbled in the BASIC Programming language. However, I have never worked with 
python, so
programming is new to me. If anyone could point me to some good resources,
