[Icon-tech] finding documentation on developing programs forthebraille plus

Hi, It would be nice for some kind of menu editor or some program that one 
could use to more easily
make changes to the menu structure.  Just one question before I really junp 
into this is it possible in any way for the user to delete the rescue 
partition on the braille plus as this is something I would not want to do in
