[Icon-tech] wrapper for shell programs

One of the items which Ken raised on this list was writing wrappers for
console programs. This facility would allow us to port many
console-based programs to the Icon / BP.
I'm attaching a very simple program written in Python which you could
run in the console.
What I'd like to see is some code to run this directly from the Icon
without having to log into the console and use the speakup review keys.
If we had a model of a basic console wrapper, we could apply the
techniques to many existing applications.
