[Icon-tech] wrapper for shell programs

I am working on a couple wrappers so I have a good idea of what you want. The question is can I simplify it enough to give you a good idea of how it works. We will see what I can dig up.

Thanks, Ken. It would be handy to be able to keep the input in a
'buffer' which could be scrolled with the up and down buttons.
