Is there a big need to be able to uninstall programs??

I've done some work on creating help for third party apps.  If you create a new app from a template, it will create a help html file and install it to the correct location.

Hi, One thing I would like to see in developer is an option if a user 
installs a project from with in developer they also be able to remove the 
project.  There is no option 3 and clearly that should be remove.  Another 
feature that I would think would be nice is some easy way of writing 
documentation so from with in a program a user could just tap the help key 
and get into the manual for your program as I don't see a way to do this 
currently.  Is there any guidelines on writing documentation and where it is 
to be put and what is the name of the file for it?
