Nick,
I guess Ken or Michael can correct me if I am misunderstanding the
functionality associated with this question. But it seems to me that if
there is a help file associated with the application, holding down the help
key will bring it up. If there is not one associated then I suppose that the
general help file will be activated.

Hi, If we put information in the help.html file in the project and then a
user wants to access it what will they need to do? Where will it be
installed for the program to find it on the target system?
