Attached is an update to the icon/bp cribbage program (0.2.2).  Major 
changes and corrections are:

1.  Flushes are now counted correctly for both hand and crib.

2.  Hand counting is now posted to the play log and can be reviewed with 
the 2, 5, and 8 keys.

3. the star (*) key announces both the owner of the crib and the starter 
card.

4.  A double run is now counted as eight rather than splitting the runs 
from the pairs.  In prior versions it would have been counted as six for 
the runs and two for the pair.

5.  An extra game is credited for a skunk.  I've based the skunk on 
Hoyle's definition rather than the modern definition.  You must win by 
at least 30 points in a 61-point game or 60-points in a 121-point game 
to be credited with the extra game.

A copy of Hoyle's Book of Games can be obtained from the nls 
web-braille site.  A description of cribbage can be found in 
Volume 1 near page 58.  

The only additional change on my list is to suppress the echoing of 
numpad keys.  I'm looking for suggestions as how to accomplish this. 
Perhaps its as simple as setting one of those self.app.x flags.
